Refund Policy

Membership access fees

Membership fees provide access to available task categories for the selected cycle. Completed cycles are not refundable. If a technical billing error occurs, contact support with the transaction reference.

Business campaign payments

Campaign funds remain subject to review before campaigns go live. If a campaign is rejected before launch, unused campaign funds may be reviewed for refund or campaign correction.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, mobile money, and crypto timelines depend on the payment provider.
